YouthMAX and iChoose are integral parts of the John C. Maxwell Teach Youth Outreach, providing top leadership curriculum, designed to give today’s young people practical tools and ideas to help them navigate life. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, Jeff Whitaker uses these tools to energize and encourage the youth you serve and the adults who lead them in ways to find meaning and purpose at school at home, school and in their world.
When our youth are instilled with a positive self image, it impacts every area of their lives. They begin to believe in themselves and their potential. Young people who live in their potential are less likely to be diminishers (bullies) and live lives as mulitpliers. They are less likely to take negative risks and more likely to take positive risks that lead to their “why.” They are less likely to harm themselves and more likely to want to live and reach their destiny. When young people see themselves in light of their worth and value, they naturally begin to live productive lives.
GLOBAL YOUTH INITIATIVE
A large aspect of our Youth Outreach is our twice a year (April/October) GYI or Global Youth Initiative. This outreach offers FREE programs to schools across the country with the goal of reaching our youth with a powerful message of empowerment .
